Schneider Qualitative Assessment Trustee Questionnaire

This questionnaire is designed to allow the Trustees to provide their assessment of AON’s performance in meeting the Investment Advisor Objectives that were originally set by the Trustees in December 2019. The assessment of AON’s performance has some objectives that will be measured by quantitative methods, mainly relating to investment performance, and others that are assessed by the Trustees on a qualitative basis.  This questionnaire focuses on the qualitative objectives.

The period for consideration in this assessment is from 31 March 2021 to 31 March 2022.

The Trustees will note that for each question there is a ‘Don’t know’ response. It is perfectly acceptable to respond in this way and add any additional comments in the appropriate place.
